The homes are cleaned by a five-star cleaning service, fresh linen is supplied by a professional laundry service which guarantees sanitary, germ-free sheets, pillowcases and towels, and we provide quality customer and concierge service which sets us apart from the rest. Your Safety is our #1 Concern
In these difficult times, you can rest assured that My 2nd Home is putting your safety first. Our founding team comes from a hospitality background, and as such, we know how to ensure the highest cleanliness standards. One of our founders, Pam, was previously a general manager of a Wyndham timeshare resort. Starting as a housekeeper, and moving all the way up to management, she earned all the experience needed to ensure the best experience for guests, and she brings her extensive knowledge through years of training on customer safety to My 2nd Home Vacation Rentals. With her guidance and through thorough training and experience, the entire staff of My 2nd Home always keeps our guest’s safety as the top priority, even in the best of times.
We go above and beyond our industry by providing professionally laundered and sanitized linens through American Linen Supply Company (ALSCO). This assures all sheets, towels, bathmats, etc. have been cleaned by commercial machines with boilers and commercial grade cleaners which kill more germs than a home washer/dryer can. We also make sure every surface of the home is wiped down using commercial cleaners and bleach, paying special attention to items such as remote controls, light switches, doorknobs, cupboard handles, and anything within the home which are touched by hands on a regular basis. We provide single-use products rather than large bottles of shampoos, soaps, etc. which have been used by previous guests. Our goal is for our guests to have a safe, enjoyable time while staying at any My 2nd Home property, knowing that the home they are staying in has been cared for and cleaned by the best in the business.
